Your Divine self resides in an area of the body called the Core Star. It is beyond the personality, beyond the daily self that works and plays: it is our True Self.

At this level we are pure energy consciousness. We observe life unfolding. We 'know' and can 'just be'.  We exist here outside of time, space and physical incarnation. We embody wisdom, serenity, courage, power and love.

We often lose our essential connection to this Light through childhood wounding or the bustle of daily living. Core Star Healings reconnect you with this inner Light. When we are out of balance we often look for validation outside ourselves - we seek recognition from parents, teachers, friends, and other ‘authorities.’
